Back for their third year in a row, Orange County’s Pacific Festival: The Dunes returns to the Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort and Marina on Saturday August 16th from 1pm until 9pm. Brought to you by the genius minds at Identity MG, the Pacific Festival expertly fuses a love for live music with the Surfider Foundation’s vision for the preservation of California’s coastline; because let’s face it, there’s nothing better than partying for a good cause. Featured music for the Pacific Festival comes from (in alphabetical order): AVID DANCER, BAG RAIDERS (DJ Set), BONES, CASSETTE, CHERRY GLAZERR, COOPER SAVER, DE LUX, GODDOLLARS, GRAFF, HEIDI,KEDD COOK, MIAMI HORROR, MOON BOOTS, OVERJOY, NANCY WHANG, PAINTED PALMS, PARADISE,PLASTIC PLATES with SAM SPARRO (DJ Set), POOLSIDE, YOLANDA BE COOL and special guest HOLY GHOST! General admission is currently running at $50 a pop and the night is 18+ to dance, 21+ to drink.

If you don’t want the party to end at 9pm, don’t worry – GIORDIO MORODER and A Club Called Rhonda! have got you covered! Just take a quick cruise to The Observatory and get your boogie on all night long. And if you’re just in the mood to get your disco on and don’t feel like fest-ing during the day, don’t worry – they’ve got you covered on that ticket, too; they’re currently running for $35 each. $1 of every ticket will be donated to the Surfrider Foundation.
